Wanda may need to seek a job that does not deal with the public, She's rude, hateful and does not care what people went through to get to her office on that day. We drove 96miles away for her to turn us around because of a signature that I was happy to provide her with by email or fax. Even would authorize my husband to sign my name...it's like she didnt' want to work at all so found any excuse not to.
Every time my husband and I have had dealings with Wanda it has been excellent. She went above and beyond to help us. And always nice and friendly. Thank you Wanda
I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Wanda, the lady who renews driver's licenses, gives driving tests, etc, was aggressive and hateful toward me right from the start. I've never seen somebody surrounded by so much American flag paraphernalia be so mean. To be fair, she did seem over-worked, but that was no reason to take it out on me. She finally acted a little more politely after I talked to her supervisor, Tanya. If you can get your license renewed, or take a driver's test somewhere else, I recommend it.
