My husband was in an accident on July 2, 2013, and was taken to the Comanche County Medical Center. I found the staff to be very pleasant and kind. They even recommended a place for us to grab a late lunch as the cafeteria was already closed. I wasn't present while my husband was being treated, but he had nothing but nice things to say about the staff. The only thing I wish they would have done was provide him with a crutch so he could get around once we left (sprained ankle), but I think they were being cost considerate. I can't say enough thanks!
The clinic is sometimes completely busy . The staff usually patient.
They treat you like family. This rural hospital offers care that matches any big city hospital with the personal touch. Love the atmosphere and the staff.
Rude people when you call to make an appointment, not welcoming, and was left on hold for over 5 minutes only to be told there was no one else I could speak with.
Took my Mom to the ER when she was having breathing issues. The care was excellent, and the ER doctor went to great lengths to see that Mother got excellent care. My only complaint was the bill...when I got the bill, there was no itemized billing, it was just a total. It took awhile, but we worked all that out.
