I don't understand substandard behavior when you are in the customer service business.
I was told that we wanted something for nothing, what was wrong, it got there for visitation.
After they refunded our money I thanked them and told them i appreciated their grace. I then continued to get rude text from this lady that was not the owner.
When I called, wanting them to make it right. I was told that they were sorry my order wasn't delivered on time but that she didn't eat lunch because she was so busy. Mind you, I ordered them on Monday.
I'm sorry you didn't have lunch, all I wanted was our flowers to be delivered when I was promised.
If I could give them no stars I would! I ordered flowers for a visitation that was on a Friday. I ordered them on Monday, plenty of time. I called them at 6:48, they flowers were to be delivered at 6:00. The visitation was from 6:00-7:00.
